Title: Chromatographic Solutions for EV Analytics and Downstream Process Development

Abstract:

The development of extracellular vesicles (EVs) therapeutics involves challenges that can be addressed by scalable isolation protocols and reliable analytical methods. Impurities and low product concentrations in raw samples can limit the effectiveness of these methods; therefore, chromatographic PATfix methods were developed for the evaluation of both EVs and impurity composition in complex samples. PATfix aids in upstream optimization and the development of downstream processes for EV isolation. CIM OH purification captures EVs directly from conditioned media and removes a significant amount of media-derived impurities. CIM QA HR offers charge-based resolution and can differentiate between various EV populations. We present chromatographic solutions that bridge the gap between lab and manufacturing scale, bringing EV therapeutics closer to clinical application.

About the event

ASEV primary objective is to facilitate the exchange of EV-experiences, foster collaboration, and promote mutual learning to advance the field. Researchers from national societies worldwide are warmly welcomed to participate. Group leaders and principal investigators are particularly encouraged to provide an overview of their scientific goals and technologies.

Location: Vienna, Austria
