Enrichment of Full AAV With CIMmultus PrimaT

CIMmultus® PrimaT is a monolithic chromatography multimodal column, mainly used to enrich full AAV enrichment. Separation is based on weak anion exchange, H-bond and metal affinity coordination interactions with the AAV. CIMmultus PrimaT allows binding of all AAV serotypes and provides advanced removal of product-related impurities and AAV subspecies, while maintaining high recovery rates.
