Size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) facilitates the separation of peptides, proteins, nucleic acids, extracellular vesicles (EVs), lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), and viral vectors.
The BIA SEC Analytical Columns, high-performance chromatography devices, rapidly fractionate complex biological samples via size exclusion. Packed in SUS-316 stainless steel housings, they connect easily to any chromatography system. Integrated into the PATfix® AAV platform, they efficiently detect impurities in gene therapy applications.
