CIM® Octa PrimaT-0.05 mL (2 μm)

CIM® Octa PrimaT monolithic columns are miniaturized, pre-packed columns intended for automated and parallel screening of chromatography conditions, using robotic liquid handling workstations. PrimaT monolith uses weak AEX, H-bond, and metal chelating properties for separation of different AAV subpopulations. The column also allows for 5 log of endotoxin removal. Obtained results are transferable to other CIM product lines.
