Applications:
- AAV Binding: Binding of AAV at more neutral pH compared to QA-based ligands due to multimodal properties of PrimaT chemistry
- AAV Subpopulations: PrimaT separates not only on charge differences but also uses H-bond and metal chelating properties of the ligand. Different AAV subpopulations and product related impurities can be therefore separated in different fractions
- Endotoxin Removal: Allows at least 5 log of endotoxin removal
