CIMac C4 HLD

The CIMac C4 HLD Analytical Columns are designed for fast and reproducible HPLC monitoring and quantitation of nucleic acids, including plasmid DNA (pDNA) and RNA. Utilizing strongly hydrophobic, uncharged chemistry, these columns feature a high-density butyl (C4) ligand that provides effective hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). Operating over a pH range of 2–10, they are ideal for the polishing step in pDNA purification, efficiently removing residual contaminants, undesired plasmid DNA isoforms, and endotoxins.
