The CIMac EDA Analytical Columns are designed for fast and reproducible HPLC monitoring and quantitation of biomolecules. Utilizing weak anion exchange chemistry, these columns feature an ethylenediamine (EDA) ligand that binds molecules with predominantly negative charges and repels positive charges over a pH range of 2–9. Ideal for process analytical technology (PAT), they are suitable for capture, intermediate, or polishing steps in either bind-elute or flow-through mode.
