CIMmultus PrimaS®-8 is a monolithic column with 2 μm channel size and a volume of 8 mL. CIMmultus PrimaS®-8 is intended for purifications at preparative scale.
For sensitive separations where reproducible chromatography is essential (e.g., AAV empty – full separation), we have developed PrimaS HR column with strict release criteria, ensuring reproducible column performance.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Column lifetime affected by > 0.1 M NaOH. See updated column stability and cleaning instructions on the Product sheet.
