r-Protein A columns are primarily intended for fast and efficient capture and purification of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and other r-Protein A-binding antibodies from various samples.
- Primary binding to the hinge region of IgG-Fc of IgG, secondary binding to light chains of other antibody classes
- Used for purification of mouse IgG, most subtypes of human IgG and many IgM monoclonal antibodies.
