The “Alkalizator” Tower serves as the controller unit in the system with user friendly software. It contains four peristaltic pumps that are precisely controlled via ultrasonic flow sensors, ensuring tight control over process conditions. The System’s Tower also contains all safety precautions, such as non-contact pressure sensors, to allow for safe process execution.

The Benefits:

  • Continuous process, that can be coupled with filtration and capture
  • Can process up to 500 L of resuspended cells in 8h
  • State-of-the-art mixing control (low shear mixing)
  • Offers precise control over NaOH exposure during cell lysis with efficient neutralisation and controlled cell debris precipitation.
